Refund Policy

WisdomJr is a subscription-based learning platform. We want every child who pays to get real value. Here is how refunds work.

1. When you can request a refund

• Billing error — we charged you twice for the same period
• Platform outage — the service was unusable for > 48 hours consecutively during your paid period
• Accidental subscription — within 7 days of first payment, if you've used < 3 classes and < 10 puzzles
• Quality issue — case-by-case review

2. When refunds are not given

• After 7 days of active use
• For partial months of an annual subscription
• For account bans due to abuse or fraud

3. How to request

Email support@wisdomjr.com with:

• Your registered email
• The payment/order ID (from your receipt email)
• Reason for refund

We respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds appear in 5–7 business days.

4. How it's processed

Refunds return to the original payment method via Razorpay. Amount refunded is inclusive of 18% GST.

5. Cancelling your subscription

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refund for unused days unless covered above.

6. Grievance Officer

If you're not happy with a refund decision: grievance@wisdomjr.com. We respond within 24h and resolve within 15 days.
