By using WisdomJr you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use WisdomJr

Students aged 8–15. Users under 18 require verifiable parental consent. One account per person.

2. Your account

• Keep your credentials private — don't share with anyone
• One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited
• Provide accurate information during signup

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, farm XP, or use bots
• Harass, bully, or abuse other users or tutors
• Share class recordings outside WisdomJr
• Attempt to access other accounts or our systems without authorization
• Scrape or copy content without permission

Violations result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban.

4. Payment & subscriptions

Pricing listed on /pricing. All prices in INR, inclusive of 18% GST. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

See the dedicated Refund Policy. In short: per-transaction review, no automatic refunds.

6. Live classes

• Classes are recorded for child-safety review
• Students must attend ≥ 60% for XP credit
• Tutors may mute/kick for misconduct
• Cohort capacity is capped (30)

7. Content

All puzzles, quizzes, videos, and platform code are © WisdomJr Learning Pvt Ltd. Personal, non-commercial use only.

8. User-generated content

Your chat messages, thinking-question answers, and avatars remain yours. You grant WisdomJr a worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display them on the platform.

9. Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Child Safety Policy.

10. Warranty & liability

WisdomJr is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid to us in that period.

11. Governing law

Laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Bengaluru.
